• Business data: the khata, bill, staff and customer records you create inside the app.
• Payment information: when you buy Premium, payments are handled by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details on our servers.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as device type and app activity to improve the service.

• To provide and maintain the app and your account.
• To process Premium subscription payments.
• To back up your business data securely to the cloud.

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Access is restricted and protected.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. We only share information with trusted service providers (such as Razorpay for payments and Google Firebase for storage) strictly to operate the service, or when required by law.
