1. The service

DhandaBook is a business management software (SaaS) that provides khata, billing, staff management and related tools. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the app.
• You must not misuse the service or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Premium features are available on a paid subscription (monthly or yearly), as shown on our Pricing page. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Premium access is granted after successful payment for the chosen duration.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service, and not to upload harmful or illegal content.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep it reliable, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Please keep your own records/backups of critical data.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
